Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on orders over $100, otherwise it is a flat rate of $9.95. We also offer other expedited shipping options at varying rates.
Please note that Shipping fees are non-refunable and will not be included in any store credits we provide based on our Refund policy.
 
Delivery Time
Since all of our products are made-to-order and we do not keep an inventory of printed products, the delivery time frame for your order to arrive is broken up into two segments - Production Time and Shipping Time:

 

• Production Time: This is the time it takes us to verify, produce, quality control, and package your order. All orders go into production no later than the next business day after the order is placed, and can take up to 7 business days to produce and prepare for shipping.
  
  Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our production center to the mailing address on your order. For standard, flat rate or free shipping, once your order leaves our production center, USPS or UPS generally take 3-5 business days to deliver your order. For all orders, once your order has shipped (left our production center), you will receive a tracking number that will give you an estimated delivery date.

 
During peak seasons or during special promotional events, your order may take longer than our usual production time to create and ship.
