We are a made-to-order on-demand company, which means that we do not carry a regular inventory of printed products. We do this to ensure that every product you order from us is made from a blank item with care and especially for you.

But we know that life happens, so if an item is defective, we made a mistake when creating the item, or we shipped you the wrong item; we will reproduce the item for you at no cost. If any item in your order is defective, we made a mistake with an item in you ordered, or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us at customer.care@frizzys.co and we will quickly replace the item. Once your replacement item arrives, all we ask is that you please donate any non-defective item to a local charity.

For all personalized items, unless there is an error in the personalization, all sales are final.

Also please note that any sports club or school required items - for example uniforms, warm-ups, bags, socks etc. - are final sale and cannot be cancelled, changed or returned after your order has been placed. These personalized items (for example: items with your name, number or team logo) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded - including for sizing issues. These jerseys, shorts, socks, bags, etc. were made especially for you to the specifications you selected and aren’t fit for any other player or student; for this reason, these items are final sale and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.  

If we made a mistake with an item in your order or we sent you the wrong item and you decide that you no longer want the item, then we ask that you donate the item to a local charity and we will refund you for 50% of the purchase price (excluding shipping cost, shipping is not refundable) through a store credit that you can use toward any other item in our store.

Also note that as a made-to-order on-demand company, we only have a limited window of opportunity to cancel or make changes to orders once they are placed. If you placed an order and noticed a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at customer.care@frizzys.co. Once we have started your order we will not be able to make any changes or cancellation and the items will be made as ordered.

We also ask that you please consult the sizing chart for items before you finalize your order because we do not offer exchanges or returns because of sizing issues.

Please note that all face mask purchases are final and for safety reasons cannot be exchanged.

 After 30 days from the date your order is delivered, no refunds will be made.
